National law firm Holding Redlich has partnered with Legora, the agentic AI platform for legal professionals, to deploy the platform across the firm’s Property and Corporate & Commercial teams, following a pilot of the technology.
The partnership will see Legora embedded into the firm’s day-to-day transactional workflows, supporting lawyers on complex, document-heavy tasks such as M&A due diligence, contract review and drafting. The platform’s agentic capabilities will enable teams to streamline large transactions, supporting faster and more consistent delivery for clients.
Holding Redlich selected Legora following a rigorous pilot, in which more than 30 lawyers assessed the platform against the practical demands of their work. The pilot focused on key use cases including M&A due diligence, post-completion transaction management and real estate transactions. Feedback from participating teams highlighted the platform's flexibility, with Legora able to be accessed across the firm's existing workflows, whether through a web browser, Word add-in or Outlook add-in, adapting to the way lawyers work rather than requiring them to change how they work.
The firm’s decision to lead with the Property and Corporate & Commercial teams reflects a targeted approach to AI adoption, prioritising areas where the technology can deliver the greatest impact and value for clients. The firm intends to expand the platform's use across other practice groups over the coming months.
William Kontaxis, Partner and Innovation Hub Lead of Holding Redlich, said the partnership supports the firm’s focus on practical, client-driven innovation.
"Holding Redlich has long invested in technology that helps our lawyers solve real-world challenges for clients. By adopting AI platforms like Legora, we can significantly reduce the time spent on document-heavy tasks and deliver faster, more efficient outcomes for clients, while maintaining the accuracy and commercial judgement required for complex legal work."
Heather Paterson, VP of Legora APJ said "We’re excited to partner with Holding Redlich, a firm with a clear and considered approach to bringing AI into legal practice. We look forward to working closely with their lawyers to embed Legora into the way they work, while supporting the firm as its use of the platform grows."
Holding Redlich's approach to innovation includes the adoption of AI-enabled legal research tools across the firm, supported by internal AI usage policies, training programs and structured technology governance. The firm has also established an Innovation Hub to support the implementation and oversight of technology initiatives, including the integration of AI into legal research workflows.
Kontaxis said the firm's innovation strategy is focused on applying technology in ways that deliver practical benefits for lawyers and clients.
"Innovation is most valuable when it solves real problems for lawyers and clients. Our focus is on embedding technology into legal workflows where it can improve efficiency, support better decision-making and help our people spend more time on high-value legal work," Kontaxis said.
"We expect AI to continue playing an increasingly important role across legal research, data handling, knowledge management and litigation workflows. Our priority is ensuring these technologies are implemented responsibly, with appropriate oversight, and aligned with the standards our clients expect from us."
