#Property & Development

Holding Redlich is proud to share that Partner Samantha Gou has been named to the Elite Women 2026 list published by Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer.

The annual list recognises outstanding female leaders across the legal profession in Australia and New Zealand and their contributions to the profession. Samantha is one of 105 women recognised in 2026 and one of three profiled in depth in this year’s report.

Based in Sydney, Samantha is an Accredited Specialist in property law, specialising in complex leasing, property acquisitions and disposals, and property due diligence. Over the past 15 years, she has built a strong reputation for advising on complex property transactions and helping clients navigate significant commercial and legal issues.

Samantha’s selection reflects both her property law practice and her advocacy for the advancement of women in the profession.

“I’m pleased to be recognised this year and hope it encourages other women to see what is possible in their own careers. The guidance and encouragement I have received throughout my own journey has strengthened my commitment to mentoring emerging lawyers and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders,” said Samantha.

“Looking ahead, I hope to contribute to a profession where leadership pathways are more visible and accessible for women.”

Congratulations to Samantha and all those recognised in the 2026 Elite Women list.
