In this panel discussion, we will be joined by a panel of distinguished guests. We are pleased to welcome to our panel the Honourable Martin Daubney AM KC  - mediator, barrister and former judge of the Queensland Supreme Court,  Kiri Parr - Director of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and a further guest to be announced shortly. Together, we will explore the challenges associated with avoiding and resolving disputes in the context of the 2032 Games and the innovations that can (and should) be made in construction litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods to address these challenges.
