National law firm Holding Redlich has advised Frasers Property Australia on the recent sale of Mambourin Marketplace in the western growth corridor of Melbourne, Victoria.

Developed by Frasers Property and opened in September 2025, the 7,593sqm retail centre features a full-line Coles supermarket, specialty stores and a medical precinct.

Holding Redlich Partner Dinh Ptok, who led the firm’s team on the transaction, said the sale represented a strong outcome for Frasers Property.

“Our team worked closely with Frasers Property throughout the process, preparing and negotiating the contract of sale and advising on a range of site, tenancy and development matters to position the property for sale. We are pleased to have supported Frasers Property in achieving this outcome.”

The Holding Redlich team also included Senior Associate Angela Koh, Conveyancing Paralegal Zoe Herrin, Graduate Mariesse Graham and the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. Corporate Partner William Khong advised on the sale of an asset forming part of the shopping centre.

The transaction follows the firm’s involvement in Frasers Property’s sale of Burwood Brickworks shopping centre in Melbourne to a private fund managed by HMC Capital, which was completed in May this year.

“We thank Frasers Property for continuing to place its trust in our team. We are pleased to have supported the group on both divestments as it focuses on its next stage of growth,” said Dinh.
