Holding Redlich is pleased to announce that Associate Lola Chang has been selected for this year’s Property Council of Australia 500 Women in Property Program, a national initiative that supports and empowers women in the property sector.
Now in its 11th year, the program connects high-potential women in the sector with sponsors who actively champion their development. Through a combination of education masterclasses, networking opportunities and industry events, participants can expand their professional networks and strengthen their pathway to leadership roles.
Based in Sydney, Lola focuses on commercial and retail leasing, capital transactions and a broad range of property matters. She advises large institutional investors, property funds and private clients across all stages of leasing arrangements, sales and acquisitions, and is recognised for her methodical approach and ability to support complex property portfolios across multiple Australian jurisdictions. Lola was also part of the Holding Redlich team that advised Frasers Property Australia on leasing arrangements for ECQ Outlet in Greater Western Sydney and Precept Property Partners on the acquisition of Katoomba Village.
“I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the 500 Women in Property Program. I’m looking forward to learning from experienced leaders, building meaningful connections across the industry, and continuing to grow as a property lawyer. I’m excited to gain new perspectives, challenge myself, and make the most of this wonderful opportunity,” Lola said.
Lola will be supported by her sponsor, Partner Samantha Gou. Throughout the year, Samantha will work closely with Lola to make relevant introductions, provide mentorship and identify opportunities for greater industry involvement.
“The program is a valuable opportunity for emerging leaders to build their networks, gain broader industry experience and be supported by sponsors who can help open doors. Lola’s selection is a well-deserved recognition of the contribution she makes to our property practice and client work, and I’m delighted to support her as she takes part in this year’s program,” Samantha said.
Congratulations to Lola and all participants in the 500 Women in Property Program. For more information, visit the Property Council of Australia’s website.
