National law firm Holding Redlich has today been recognised as one of XX law firms named as a 5-Star Employer of Choice by Australasian Lawyer. The annual report spotlights law firms across Australia and New Zealand that have implemented outstanding employee-centred initiatives over the past 12 months.
Firms were evaluated across key areas of the employee experience, including remuneration, professional development, career progression, diversity and inclusion, leadership, communication, work-life balance, health and wellbeing, and reward and recognition.
Over the past year, Holding Redlich has made significant strides in promoting gender diversity, with increased female representation at senior lawyer and partnership levels. The firm also received its 19th consecutive citation as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and maintained a gender pay gap well below the industry benchmark.
Speaking to Australasian Lawyer, National Managing Partner Troy Lewis said Holding Redlich’s commitment to developing its people continues to set the firm apart.

Holding Redlich has advised Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited on its proposed A$119.64 million acquisition of Experteeth Dental Group. If completed, the acquisition represents one of the largest cross-border investments in Australia’s dental sector by a Singapore-listed healthcare company.
