Lejla is a senior associate in our Property, Planning and Development Group with experience in a range of real estate transactions and leasing and licensing.

She acts for government departments, statutory authorities, property developers, charitable organisations and private clients.

Lejla’s familiarity with a range of property transactions has enabled her to assist with a diverse range of matters and client bases.

Experience

acting in both landlord and tenant leasing work within the retail, commercial and government land spaces across Australia
acting in relation to acquisitions and disposals of commercial, retail and residential properties across Australia, including extensive lease and property due diligence
providing easement and other titling advice and negotiating the creation and release of easements with landowners, strata schemes and statutory entities
acting for and advising on property transactions for both Specialist Disability Accommodation providers and individuals wishing to purchase their own Specialist Disability Accommodation compliant home
assisting with advising renewable energy providers on option deeds in relation to the acquisition of land for future development
drafting and negotiating option deeds and contracts for the collective acquisition of strata schemes.
