Holding Redlich’s strong commitment to human rights and social justice is part of the firm’s DNA. Our pro bono program is an integral part of our work and culture in fulfilling this commitment. The firm is a signatory to the National Pro Bono Target of 35 hours per lawyer per year.

We act for individuals and charities through our pro bono program. Our priority areas include: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, refugees and asylum seekers, women and youth at risk, the arts, seniors’ rights and elder abuse, and the environment.

Social Justice

We established the Holding Redlich Social Justice Fund in 2006, which is a structured workplace giving program. Employer of Choice

The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is an Australian Government statutory agency created by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.

Holding Redlich has held the Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation since 2008. The citation is a voluntary leading-practice recognition program designed to encourage, recognise and promote organisations' active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces.

This citation recognises our commitment to providing a safe and flexible working environment and celebrates our diverse and inclusive culture.
